2. Service Description
OBSCURA provides image watermark embedding, verification, forensic testing, and account management features.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for uploaded content, account security, and lawful use. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or malicious material.
Do not watermark content you do not own or are not authorized to use.
Do not use OBSCURA to make false ownership claims.
Do not use public attribution to impersonate another creator.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. You grant minimum operational rights required for processing/storage to provide the service.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy and includes authentication, security, audit logging, and file processing.
6. Security and API Keys
You must protect both your developer API key and your verification key. Actions using your account or keys may be treated as authorized by you.
7. Availability and Changes
Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued. Terms may be updated with a revised effective date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, OBSCURA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended/terminated for violations, abuse, or security risks.
10. Contact and Compliance
For policy concerns, follow your organization compliance workflow. Legal review is recommended for production deployment.
